This is gorgeous and desirable Attenborough, NG9 5HX, a few bus stops past Beeston. (You will live separately from myself as I live on the ground floor and first floor with my professional and studying adult children.)

Along the road is Attenborough station and the direct fast Skylink bus to University Park (takes 20 minutes). The Skylink takes you to Nottingham University, City Centre or Derby City Centre and East Midlands Airport). Otherwise you can catch the Indigo bus which takes a bit longer.

A really nice, professional lodger (mature Masters student currently away from wife and child) has the other room on this top floor til end December. .

People love this safe and beautiful neighbourhood, a 15-minute-walk from Attenborough Nature Reserve, yet a 20-min cycle, train or bus ride to University Park, Nottingham city centre, Derby & East Midlands
Airport. Plus the convenience of shops, eateries, pubs, gyms and swimming pool, a doctor’s surgery only 15 mins away on foot (including McDonalds, M & S Food, a chip shop etc at/across from Chilwell Retail Park.)

I have won awards for hosting on Airbnb as I enjoy giving people a welcome but also independence and space!

I am looking for professionals who work outside the home so please do not apply if you work from home. I would consider very mature students also.
