Here in the beautiful village of Attenborough, with on road parking, we have two rooms coming available soon, one a ground floor double en suite and the other a second floor double room with view. (The upper room shares a shower and a separate toilet with max one other lodger.)

It is a lovely property, set in a peaceful neighbourhood yet with excellent transport links.. The accommodation is well placed for cycle route, train or direct bus to the Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham University, and the city centre all within 20-30 mins. And just a few stops or a 20 minute walk to Beeston centre.

The rooms offer comfortable double beds - one with an award winning young mattress - and both have spacious wardrobes and a desk or laptop area. Storage also included.

Closest shop a few mins away, pub 10
mins and eateries & shops including (M&S Food) gyms, swimming pool and retail park 15-20 mins away.

You will always find parking on the street 1-3 mins away.

Bills are low (around £50 per room, depending on the season) as they are shared with my professional family (no kids) who live here separately from the rooms advertised.
