Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for a double room in a 3 bed house from 01-May to 31-Aug (start date is negotiable!).

It's a really great location, on a quiet street but only a 5-minute walk to David Ross sports centre. Also, there is a bus stop (to QMC/city centre/Beeston) right outside the house.

There's a shared living room (with a massive TV), a garden, and on-street parking as well as a drive. There's also a storage room which we all share. Kitchen has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

You'd be sharing with 2 PhD students (both studying maths). They are both extremely nice and considerate people, so would be looking for someone like-minded.

I love living here, but I am moving out because of a job in a different city.

No council tax is paid since we are all students, but it's band C
