Hi, I'm currently a first-year student at the University of Nottingham but am having to drop out so I'm looking for a replacement tenant for next year, from 03/08/25 - 31/07/26. The house is 55 Balfour Road, (in the Lenton Triangle and around 5 minute drive from University Park Campus). It's a
