Hi, we have a cosy single room available in a house in a quiet and safe area near the University of Nottingham, Jubilee Campus, QMC and more. Bus stops are only a few minutes away, offering great links to the city centre. It’s an 8-minute walk to the university, and Lidl, Costa and other local shops are just 2 minutes away.

We are looking for a clean student or working professional. All rooms are newly decorated and furnished.

The house is spacious and includes parking and bike storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and kettle. There is a bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet room downstairs.
