Hello!

Me and my housemates are looking for someone to fill the bedroom in our 5-bed house for the Spring term (February till August).

We are very close to the University of Nottingham campus and to the Middle Street Tram Stop.

As a house group, we are four girls who are very friendly, neat, social and relaxed. We are in our third and final year of university but are happy to welcome any student of any gender and year!

Broadband is included in the rent, however all other utilities are paid separately. Currently, we each pay around £35 per month on gas, water and electricity but this will decrease in the warmer months!
