Details: Large ensuite room in clean, beautiful house with 3 boys. House has a large backyard, a kitchen equipped with all appliances, and a living room with a smart TV. I am away till the end of July. The house is super convenient for both Jubilee campus (2-3 mins walk), University Park (10 mins walk) and near a bus stop with frequent buses to the City Centre (15 min bus). It's right next to the Wollaton co-op and just a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest Lidl. Also super close to Wollaton park. House mates are absolutely lovely, friendly guys, who are particular about being clean. You will have privacy if you want it, and there is also openness to socialising!
