It is a two story-house with five bedrooms, two independent bathrooms, a small foyer and a kitchen combined with the dining room. The room I would like to rent is the room 3, which is beneath the stairs. There are already bowls and kitchenwares in the kitchen. There is a washing machine and rotary dryer in the balcony, which is convenient for clothes washing. Although network, water and power fees are not included as a part of bills, you could ask the workers to fix anything or cleaning up the house for free. The house is close to the two Lidl supermarkets and the other small shops and small restaurants. The surroundings are tranquil as most people living nearby are the elder. The neighborhood is a family with about three kids, which might be a bit noisy but it didn’t give out noises everyday.
