Hi! I'm looking for someone to stay in a spare room in my house in Beeston right next to the train station, in a quiet and comfortable location near the tram as well. We are looking for someone to stay *over the spring semester* (start date January 27th although moving a few days earlier is possible).

It is a very big room on the second floor, fully furnished with desk bed and closet.
4 other people (3 of them are mature students) will live in the house and a big bathroom is shared with one more person.
On the ground floor the kitchen (with a dishwasher), living room, spare bathroom, utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a huge garden are shared. The end date is quite flexible.

The rent is £537 a month, with no local council tax as a student.
Thanks!
