We have lived in this property for 4 years and really like the place. The garden is lovely, the neighbours are lovely, there is plenty of free parking and it's nice and quiet. There are multiple bus stops only a few minutes walk away, it takes about 20/30 minutes to get into the city, and it's super close to multiple green spaces. We also have a spare single room for guests and as a shared office. Currently there are 2 housemates, we are lgbt+ nuerodivergent and in our mid 20's, and are a very friendly house committed to keeping a low stress low conflict space. We don't have expectations of perfect tidiness, but we like things clean and want the house to feel welcoming and comfortable.
