The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including kettle, microwave, Air-fryer, washing machine and dryer, 1 large fridge/Freezer and 1 small freezer and plenty of cupboard space. A large comfortable living area is also included, the perfect place to chill out and relax.

The house also comes equipped with a home gym available to be accessed at anytime.

Viewing are available anytime during the day, but there are some minor repairs taking place at the moment, This would be completed by the move in date

LOCATION & TRANSPORT:
The house is ideally located close to local shops and takeaways. Not to mention it also very close to transport links that go directly to Nottingham City centre - the tram is right outside the property & the bus stop is a 3 minute walk away!!
