I have a double room available for a lodger. All bills included, WiFi and sky tv. The room is not huge but has a double bed in it. The living area and bathroom are shared with myself the home owner. There is a garden area and parking if required. The house is okay from a decoration point of view but I need to paint a bit. I work long hours and I want someone who I connect with. My lodger has been here for 4 years and just moved out. I would need to meet you and decide if I am happy for you to live in my house. I do smoke occasionally but trying to give up however I might smoke in my house. Message me if you are interested. I ask for £140a week and I do want it paid weekly!! I will not entertain monthly payments as I get paid monthly and I want the income weekly. So it’s £140 a week. Any other questions you have then ask. If you are interested you would need to come over check the house and room out and have a chat with me, only if I then trust you would you then be offered the room.
