I have a double room available for a lodger. All bills included, WiFi and sky tv. The room is not huge but has a double bed in it. The living area and bathroom are shared with myself the home owner. There is a garden area and parking if required. The house is okay from a decoration point of view but probably needs a lick of paint. I work long hours and I want someone who I can trust. My former lodger was here for 4 years and just moved out. I would need to meet you and decide if I am happy for you to live in my house. I do smoke occasionally but trying to give up but I do vape in the house. I ask for £140 a week and I do want the rent to be paid weekly.
I would need to meet you before agreeing to a tenancy.
