Close to the city centre - a bus stop just one minute’s walk away gets you into the centre in about 10 minutes, or you can walk to Victoria Centre in around 30 minutes. It’s also close to a Medilink stop, with buses taking about 10 minutes to the City Hospital (the service also runs to QMC but I'm unsure how long it takes).

There’s no on-street parking directly outside the house, but the side street across the road usually has plenty of space.

INCLUDES council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband internet and subscriptions to Netflix, Disney, Prime & Apple TV.

There are plenty of shops nearby, with Go4Fresh just a 5-minute walk away and both Aldi and Sainsbury’s about 10 minutes. PureGym is also only a 5-minute walk from the house.
