Broadband included and I have two double rooms.£650 per room bills included and I will consider couples. But I want allow you to have lock in the room. And there want be no contract. When ever if you want to leave you gave me 2 weeks notice and when ever I want you to leave there want be notice. I will only do this if am not happy with anything. Obvouicly I will inform you before hand that I am not happy certain things it should not happens. Such as not cleaning after cook not cleaning the bathroom after use. I will gave you warning before. And if it’s not emproved then you need to leave property with out notice. I like clean people and good people
