Hi there,

I am fortunate to have a lovely, peaceful house in Sherwood and I'm looking for someone easy going to share my home with.

The road/neighbourhood is calm and quiet yet very well located - there is a bus stop down the road and it takes around 10 or so minutes to get to town and about 5 minutes to City Hospital. Sherwood High Street is around a 10 minute walk away and Aldi/Sainsburys are also about a 10 minute walk.

I live here alone, working 3 days from home and on the other days I'm out doing a postgraduate course.

The house is bright and clean and there are front and back gardens with seating areas. There is on street parking or space to store a bike indoors.

The bedroom is a really good size, with plenty of wardrobe/storage space. It comes with a desk, chair, bedside table, tv, duvet, pillows and bedding. However, I can remove any of these if required. There is a lock on the door for your peace of mind.

I will do the communal house cleaning so no cleaning rotas to worry about, and only ask you to keep the areas you use clean and tidy.

There is a kitchen with dining table, lots of your own cupboard space, your own set of pans, dishwasher and a separate utility room with a washing machine.

The bathroom has a decent shower and there's a downstairs toilet also.

All bills (including council tax) are included.
