I am a live in property owner, well I have a mortgage. The room is recently decorated has a small double bed and a built in wardrobe. All bills included, Sky TV and WiFi. Decent shower and bathroom obviously shared but I am in and out in the morning. There is a garden area and parking. The living area I use when I get home but I work long hours, normal kitchen facilities, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and glasses, plates etc can be used. The room offered is nicely decorated with a new carpet, curtains, pillows, quilt. £125 a week. Or £550 a month.
