Urgent tenancy takeover 26/27- Will cover deposit!!

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in lenton (on derby road) for next year. It’s an all girls house, all going into second year uon and super lovely girls. It has 7 bedrooms, lovely kitchen and living room and also parking space.

The contract starts on the 1st of august 2026. The rent is £155pw (bills included).
