I have recently got a new job outside of Nottingham and am looking for a housemate to take over the last four months of my tenancy in a lovely little 3-bed house in Lenton. The whole house is furnished, and has a shared kitchen, one bathroom and a spacious living area. The house backs onto the canal and there is a small seating area on the patio pictured at the back of the house. The bedroom is a good size and features a double bed and a built-in closet. The house is also next to a tram stop, so is really convenient for public transport.

Also in the house are two very conscientious and friendly female students- another female housemate would be ideal, but all interest is welcomed! Please contact me to discuss further or arrange a viewing.

Please note that this advertisement is open to both students and working professionals. If you are a non-student, you will be responsible for paying the council tax- as both other housemates are students you will be entitled to 25% discount. For reference, this house is a band C property.
