Hiya, we’re looking for a 4th girl to take over a room upstairs in our uni house! We’re a group of 3 girls starting 3rd year in September. The house is comfortable and newly renovated and has a homely feel with decorations and soft furnishings too! It has 3 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom, with another bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The house has a washing machine and tumble dryer, with an open plan kitchen and living space as well as separate dining room!

The house also comes with free on road parking so no need to worry about a permit! We also have a large garden with access from the sliding back door and back gate.

The room includes:
Small double bed
Desk and chair
Shelving
Wardrobe with hanging space and 3 drawers
A large window letting in loads of light

We are a super chill group who love a night out but also spending evenings on the sofa together! The house is just a 10 minute walk from jubilee campus and a 20 minute walk to university park. QMC is also super close by!

All bills are included at £ 170per person per week (£2954.96 per month)
The contract starts July 2026- June 2027
The contract is with Loc8me, which makes any maintenance or problems super easy to report and get fixed.
