Subletting a large bedroom. It's very spacious and there's a TV inside. I can give you a converter to directly connect your computer, iPad or Switch for screen projection. A separate washing machine is also provided.
The bathroom and kitchen are also quite spacious. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and an oven. There is a 24-hour apartment front desk, making it very convenient to pick up packages. There is also a front desk staff member who can speak Chinese. The student apartment is very safe. The room is located in a separate area of the porch. It is very quiet at night and not noisy at all.
The location is excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to the bus terminal, and there are direct buses to the park and Zhu Boli. It's a 10-minute walk to the city center of VC. It's also very close to milk tea shops, various restaurants, and the Chinese Supermarket. There's a Tesco right downstairs, and it's a 10-minute walk to Marks & Spencer and HSBC. Due to personal reasons, I'm subletting. Only girls and students are allowed.
