I am for someone to take up my room in an 8 bedroom, 3 bathroom student house in Nottingham, Lenton Boulevard as I am transferring to a different university.

The rent is £110 weekly and the house is ideally located in walking distance of the university and city centre. The house has large communal spaces (kitchen, living room) and a small terrace. The bedroom is furnished and has a queen bed. The housemates are all second year University of Nottingham students who are very sociable and friendly, 4 boys and 3 girls.
