Looking for someone to replace me in my tenancy. It’s an all-female house (22, 23, 26) open to all genders. The house is located in Lenton, 5 minutes from QMC, 10 minutes from UoN, 2 minutes to tram stop.

Rent - £425 pm
Bills – approx. £100 pm

Move in - 16th March onwards

The room is a large furnished double which is south facing so gets amazing sun all day. We have a dish washer, washer dryer and small grassy garden. There is off-street parking available.

My housemates are all calm outdoorsy people, enjoying climbing/hiking but also chill evenings playing board games/watching films. As well as being typically clean and sociable people.
