Hey! I'm writing this on behalf of my Mum who has a cosy home in Wollaton ready to let.

We have a double room available on the ground floor in a converted bungalow. There is a large garden space (front and back) with a driveway to fit 3/4 cars.

My sister and brother in law are both currently living at home whilst they are saving for a house and have a 2 year old (very friendly) German Shepherd. If you are nervous around dogs, this may not be the ad for you but I can assure you that other than a friendly greeting and lots of cuddles, Coady is lovely to be around.

Travel links to the city centre are accessible, with a 4 min walk to the bus stop and 10 minute bus journey. Walking can take up to 30 mins, but depends on if you'd like to power walk up a hill 😅

QMC is a 5 minute walk and Jubilee University Campus is also less than a few minutes away.

The tenancy includes WiFi, council tax, water, gas and electric. The bathroom is shared between 2 very tidy people and the kitchen space is open for anyone to use. You'd be welcome to use the TV and share the dining room space and kitchen too.
