I'm Regina, F25, starting my PhD in Biotech at Uni of Notts. Looking for a housemate to move in late September (starting 25th).

The bills are included although a minimal amount may be taken/added since I am planning to change energy supplier (but really it won't change much). *Council tax is not included as I am a student.

The property is a 2-floor house with 2 bedrooms (double bed), 1 big shared bathroom, living room, kitchen (with everything including washing machine). Literally 10 metres from the Forest Tram Stop (great to get into city centre, Notts Trent and Uni of Notts). Near many supermarkets also. Around 25-ish mins walking to city centre.

Things about me: Mexican, already lived in Notts for year and a half, love music & tv shows & movies, plant-lover, have endless supply of Tequila, love to cook, friendly and very easy-going, but also very responsible and clean:))
