Hi, we are two PhD students (both physics) from Wales and Italy, currently living in this house and are looking for another housemate to join us in September. The location is great and the house is in very good condition, plus bills are included in the price.

We're looking for a postgraduate (ideally a PhD student) who is friendly, clean and considerate. We are both friendly, enjoy socialising and like to keep the house tidy so we're comfortable at home.
