I'm looking for a non-smoking undergraduate or PhD student to fill a spare room I have for the academic year. The house is a 5-10 minute walk from the University of Nottingham's main campus in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. If you're the type of person who wants to live somewhere that's a bit more understated compared to typical student residences whilst still being convenient, then this place is probably for you.
