Hi! Due to health issues I’ll be needing to move out of my uni house and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The rent is £563.34 per calendar month or £141 per week. It does not include bills - bills are paid separately to uni homes which is £88 per calendar month or £22 per week.

Room has its own en suite, shared kitchen and living room space with a washing machine included. Room is on the ground floor and is bedroom 2 on the floor plan.
