Lovely double room with a private bathroom available in the Lace Mill (Anglo Scotian Mills), one of Beeston’s most sought‑after converted mill buildings. The flat is modern throughout but keeps the character of the original mill. You’ll have your own private bathroom (listed as ensuite, but located just outside the bedroom) and share the flat with one friendly, tidy flatmate.

The living room and kitchen are fully furnished by me. The previous tenant is also open to offers on some of the bedroom furniture if you’d like to keep any of it.

The flat includes a washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a small storage cupboard. I also have a kettle and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine that you’re very welcome to use (provided you supply your own pods, of course!)

In the living room, there’s a smart TV and stereo system provided by me. I’ll be more than happy to show you how everything works.

The building is quiet, secure, and flats here tend to go quickly. Great location for Beeston town centre (1 minute), tram (5 minutes) and train links (10 minutes), and local shops (1 minute). The building also had its own secure bike storage for any cyclists.
