This area has a desk in it and is ideal for a study area. The house has off street parking and use of a shed for a bicycle. You would have shared use of the large, clean kitchen/dining room and secluded garden. See photos. There is also a separate Utility room with washing machine and dryer, see photo. Broadband and bills are included in the rent. You can also have bed linen and towels if required. This is a safe area in Summertown which is very near shops and a bus into Oxford City Centre and train station to London . we have a friendly dog who only lives downstairs but we would want you to feel comfortable with dogs.
