I am looking for someone to take over my room in my student residence on Doll Building, Green Templeton College.
※The person has to be a full time graduate student at Oxford University.
I will have to be leaving Oxford to my home country at the end of May and I am searching for someone to take over my room as my tenancy ends in June 30th.
The room is in 43 Woodstock Road, in the main site of Green Templeton College. The student taking over does not have to be a student of this College. There is no additional cost besides the rent.
The shower, toilet, and kitchen is shared with 4 other people.
The main building of the College is right next to the building, and there is also a college bar 1 minute away from the building where it is free to study and get a drink from the free coffee machine.
