Hello! Alexandra Holzinger and I (Rachel Hindmarsh) are looking for a third flatmate for our lovely house in Jericho, to move in at the end of July 2024. We’re pals who like to cook, garden, and hang out together but also have our own lives – we’d love to find someone who is chill, kind, sociable, and clean! Between us we’ve been living in the house for 4 years – we love the garden and the lovely neighbours, and that it’s really close to town, Port Meadow and Uni Parks, and one of the best pubs in Oxford (the Harcourt Arms ❤). Alexandra is a postdoc in mathematics and I'm a lecturer at one of the Oxford colleges – so we’re ideally looking for a young professional or postdoc, or someone willing to pay council tax. The free room is on the ground floor, with a price of approx £700 excluding bills (with council tax band E). The contract would be until September 2025. We’re hoping to be able to do in person and online viewings in the w/c 22nd April – if you’re interested just drop us a message and we can set up a time!
