Hi guys ! 😃

One of our bedrooms will become available in our lovely flat on Stockmore Street!

The room is a bright double ensuite on the 2nd Floor of the flat. It comes fully furnished, with a desk and storage space with double glazed windows and good heating, loads of light, and your own bathroom and toilet. The room comes at 895. (excluding bills which comes at around 40-60 pounds). This room will be available from July 15th 2024 for 13 months until August 2025.

The location is great and in the heart of Cowley. There is a lot of amenities, cafes and grocery stores nearby and the street itself is very quiet. The city centre is less than a 10 minutes-walk (even shorter if you have a bike 😃). The house is very cosy and homely as we have managed to make it our home over the last three years. (+ we have a very charming garden that’s perfect for summer BBQs.)
You’ll be sharing the flat with 2 laid-back PhD students. Nico (me), final year PhD student in history and Daniel who’s also in his final year of Material Science. We’re a very friendly bunch and like to hang out, watching series, cooking meals together occasionally, going to the beautiful cinema that's nearby (the Ultimate Picture Palace) and playing video-games on our Nintendo Switch. We are also respectful of each other’s privacy and space 🙂.
Due to Council Tax reason we can only accept students (grad student prefered) !

Unfortunately we can’t accept couples or pets.
