Two rooms are becoming available in our shared house on Juxon Street, really close to Walton Street with all its cafés, restaurants, and general good vibes. The house is also less than a five minute walk to the Oxford Canal and Port Meadow, and about fifteen minutes from the city centre, so the location is genuinely great.

One of the rooms is a very large ensuite. It’s currently being refurbished but will be ready in January. The other room is a comfortable double on the upper floor.

You’d be living with two PhD students in their twenties who are friendly and easy to get along with. The landlord is Lucy Properties and they’ve been very responsive and helpful so far.

My flatmate Sara and I are moving out in January, so we’re looking for people to take over our contracts. Bills usually come to around 50 to 100 pounds a month, depending on electricity and gas use.
