Hello!
I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in a 2 bedroom house in Court Place Gardens (the University's new postgrad accommodation) from mid January to mid-late April! Specific dates are somewhat flexible, so please let me know what your preferred dates for moving in and out are, and I'll see if we can make something work.
Rent is £842 per month, all inclusive! The house also has a dishwasher and a washer-dryer.
I live with another wonderful DPhil Black female student. Our house is clean and friendly, and I'd love to find an appropriate replacement for my time away. Preferably another woman 😅
