Hi everyone!

I’ll be moving out of my room and we’re looking for a female tenant to take it over from the 27th of February (negotiable) until August (with possibility of renewal). The room is in a lovely 3-bedroom house in Cowley (with garden, shared kitchen and shared bathroom), very close to St. Clement’s (3 minutes walking), and you’d be living with two amazing, very friendly and considerate PhD students in STEM. We’re looking for someone tidy, respectful and easy-going.

The room is spacious and bright. the rent is £800.86/month (Wi-Fi included) and the bills roughly £80/month.
