I am looking for a friendly person to join a 2-bedrooms house share in a relaxed environment.

Your room is spacious with a chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair and cabinets. The flat has underfloor heating, two bedrooms each with ensuite, an open kitchen/living room, and a large terrace that sits inside Eagle Work's central square. The kitchen includes an oven, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer.

The flat is in Fettlers House, part of the prestigious Eagle Works development. It is a very short walk to all the great restaurants, pubs and shops in Jericho and just a few minutes away from the beautiful Port Meadow. Just a 10-minute walk from Oxford city centre and a 15-minute walk from the train station. The underground parking has space for bikes and is secured with an access code.

About me:
I am Antoine, a researcher in computer science working in summertown. I am a social person so I am very open to shared activities and gatherings, but my schedule is already quite packed so I cannot make guarantees. As a French national I will be away traveling to France regularly. My girlfriend lives in France but she will come to the flat regularly as well.


*Important information*:
- The room is available from around the end of this month (September).
- Please note that the rent (£1350) is for *one* room only, not the whole flat!
- The rent with bills (council tax band E, internet, water and electricity) is £1600. Splitting and paying the bills as they come is possible as well. If you are eligible to a council tax reduction, we will adjust rent accordingly.
- The deposit is £730.
- Remote viewings are possible, but I will strongly prefer having at least one in-person chat beforehand.
- The common area of the flat is lacking a bit of furniture (mostly kitchen equipment and a tv), I will be buying things gradually, but if you are looking to bring your things that's a plus.
- The pictures includes some of the former flatmate's furniture, which have been taken away. Feel free to ask for more details.
