A WARM WELCOME - from Nasreen and Sanah. This beautiful house is conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac. We have a unique approach to letting, and believe in providing comfortable accommodation at a fair rent, along with a responsive service. You would share day to day with myself and my 15 year old daughter Sanah. My husband Francis works out of Oxford and spends some weekends, or part of the week with us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept couples, or pork products to be cooked in the kitchen.

THE ROOM, available 22 Feb 2020 - ground floor street facing has a continental size double bed with a pocket sprung 140 x 200cm mattress, 6 drawer chest of draws, floor to ceiling wardrobe, desk and bedside table. The downstairs shower room is next to the bedroom, and mainly for your use. The rent includes all bills, a weekly cleaner and gardener.

THE HOUSE - was extended and fully refurbished throughout by Francis without compromise. The EPC rating is high, the kitchen has granite worktops, the fixtures are the best we could afford for a simple modern look. You have the use of lovely gardens and there is parking for 3 cars. The road is quiet and residential, yet close to city centre, hospitals, all amenities, and easy transport.

TO REASSURE YOU - Previous lets have succeeded because we respect each other's privacy, yet are happy to share a chat and a cup of tea. We use the DPS to safely store your deposit. I am an Oxford City Council accredited landlord and have membership of The National Landlords Association. We do our best to act professionally and put the needs of the residents first. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a delightful 20-minute walking path to the city center, always good for relaxing. The garden is also well-kept and the house is environmentally-friendly: they do separate collections for recycling, there is a compost bin in the backyard and it is a smoke-free space. The environment in Nasreen's house is more than comfortable: it is cosy and welcoming. Nasreen and Francis are always alert to solve problems very promptly and also to help foreigners not used to the habits and rules of Britain, like myself. They are very dedicated landlords and as a result, you are at risk of getting a new friend.
