King size bed,

and also 2 large size drawers fitted in wall.
The outside view from the windows is amazing, you can see beautiful oxford hills and sun set. The toilet bath is fully furnished . For cooking and dining the kitchen is newly built and you will enjoy your cooking and dining there.

The house is near the John Radcliffe hospital and the Brooks university is only on the walk distance. Oxford university is not for away ,only few miles distance. The bus stops are at the corner of the road. The bus will take you oxford town centre and Railway station, or where ever you would like to go.

Shops, park, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and gyms or leisure centres are also near the house.

For "laundry", washing machine with dryer is also available. Rent will be collected at the start date of agreement each month. No stress about bills because all bills (Electricity, Gas, wifi, council bills, water bill) are included in rent.

About us, we are a small family, husband wife with 2kids. The kids are 14 and 12 years old. We are very kind, loving ,responsible and also generous . We treated our Tenants as a family member. A good welcome to our tenant is our traditional part. The house has a small but beautiful chanting garden, specially in summer 🌺🌺🌺, you can enjoy the weather with me, with a cup of tea or coffee or yourself.
