I am renting my room in the Student Castle Residence, located in the center of Oxford. The lenght of the contract would be from the the beginning of April to the 2nd of August (shorter stays available for a minimum of two months, from April to June or from June to the 2nd of August).

You need to be a student in order to provide to the residence the necessary documents for the Council Tax Exemption.

The room is fully furnished and I even add the option of selling my utilities for a cheap price (dishes, bedding, towels) that are not included on the contract.

The residence is really modern, clean, it offers a service of laundry, gym 24/7, bicycle's free renting with your room card and storage, as well as common areas to socialize in the vibrant ambience of the accomodation.
