Hello, I'm looking to sublet my room in a shared house in the heart of Jericho (2 min walk to Little Clarendon Street) from mid June / start of July until 31st of August. The room is available from the 15th of June, but the start date is relatively flexible.

The location of the house is excellent; it is directly in Jericho with a 5 minute walk to the Science Area / uni parks and a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Port Meadow and the rail station are both also within a 10 minute walk.

The room is spacious, has a double bed, large window, and comes with a sink and desk. There is a shared kitchen with plenty of storage space and a seating area, as well as a communal lounge area. There are two bathrooms and one shower shared with the other tenants, who are all postgraduate students at Oxford.

The rent is £730 per month plus around £40 for bills including utilities and internet. If you are a student, there is also no council tax for the property. The private landlord is very responsive, and has been notified and agreed to subletting.

The property is in council tax band F. All current occupants are students, so there is currently no council tax being paid.
