Double Room Available in Friendly Flat – Ideal for a Professional Female (30+)

A bright and comfortable room is becoming available in my flat as my current flatmate is moving out. I’m looking for a like-minded, professional female aged 30 or over to share the space. The room has its own bathroom (not en suite but just end of the corridor), and we will share the living-dining room and kitchen.

The flat is clean, calm, and well-maintained, so it would suit someone who values a tidy and relaxed home environment. I work remotely from home, so ideally you would be office-based during the day or hybrid. There is space in the living room and a desk if needed to work from home too.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, easygoing, and takes pride in keeping shared spaces neat and organised. This is a peaceful place to come home to, very close to the city centre (only 5 minutes walk to Westgate)

Rent does not include the bills (council tax D + water+ energy+ wifi comes around 150 extra each more of less) and the moving date can be flexible, ideally in June but we could consider before if needed.

There is one car park space available and there is also a communal covered bike shed in case you cycle.

A bit about myself: I am a 38 year old professional from Spain, I work for a hospitality company mostly at home but I do occasional business travel and may be out for periods of time. I love to read, travelling is my passion, swimming and generally relaxed, I respect each others space but also happy to share conversation in the kitchen and learn about your cooking recipes :)
