We have an ensuite double room available from 19 May 2026 for single occupancy in a large six bedroom house in Central Oxford.

The room is on the ground floor towards the middle of the house, and is approximately 10 square metres in size, and has its own private bathroom.

Every room in the house has its own ensuite facilities, and there is a shared large living room, dining room and kitchen, along with a sizeable garden.

The location of the house is superb: it's a few minutes walk to the River Thames, and the Westgate Centre is a few minutes further. There are numerous newsagents and pubs nearby. Larger supermarkets are a short cycle ride away.

The room is perfect for a mature student or a young professional. The other housemates are a wonderful mix of international and British young professionals and mature students from New Zealand, China, Britain, the US and Italy.

All bills are included in the rent (including Virgin Media fibre broadband and a weekly cleaner). The rent is £190 per week or £825 pcm.

No couples, and no pets please.
