This is a host family placement with a mature gentleman as the landlord who lives in the apartment and has been hosting students for well over 20 years from all over the world and uk so is ideal for a younger student needing some support.
Happy for family to visit but the rent is low for a Oxford city placement because friends will not be allowed to stay over so please take note of this. I also like to offer the room with no deposit but you will have a tenancy agreement to sign of General rules.
