Hi !

We are four friendly PhD students at the university of Oxford.

We have a lovely close family in our house and are very sad that one of us is leaving for a new position abroad. We'd love to find someone who wants to be part of a warm household :). We love to eat together if we have time and sit in the garden but are equally happy doing our own thing.

The house has 4 bedrooms with one small guest room. We are looking for one housemates (preferably female to keep gender balance in house) to take over tenancy.

The house is a 5 minute cycle from the centre of town and in a quiet part of the popular Cowley area.

We also have a place to lock bikes outside the house and a beautiful garden with a table to eat outside!

Bills (including fast broadband) are around £50 per month.

Room 2 will be available from 15th May 2024
