-The Bathroom: Shared with only one other person who is rarely home (so you have it mainly to your self). Plus an additional unused downstairs loo.

You’ll be joining three friendly, clean, mature professionals (two recent Oxford postgrads and one Lecturer). We are sociable but busy, tending to enjoy our own space due to work schedules.
🧼 Important (non-negotiable!) – We treat this house as our own and are looking for a like-minded, "house-trained" individual who appreciates and supports maintaining a clean environment. We have a weekly rota (bins, vacuuming, mopping) and a "leave as found" policy in shared spaces. We expect you clean after yourself, know how to treat cookware (e. g. non-stick pans) and be proactive in cleaning your bathroom of limescale/dirt etc.
🏠Lifestyle & Kitchen Fit:
Our kitchen is already fully equipped and we share items but quite small, so we won't be looking to add new pans/cutlery/crockery. To keep the house running smoothly and avoid congestion, we are looking for someone who doesn’t cook every single day (minimum kitchen use). It is difficult to accommodate four separate cooking schedules in the space we have, so someone with a lighter cooking routine would be the best fit.
