Hello! I am moving out of my room in our wonderful apartment in Jericho. I have absolutely loved this apartment - having lived in Oxford for several years I can honestly say this is the best place I've lived. But - I'll be moving country for a job and my housemates and I are looking to replace me!

This is a 3-bedroom top-floor spacious apartment in Jericho, with 2 bathrooms. The room you would be renting shares a bathroom with 1 other housemate.

The room has a queen-size bed, desk/chair and an enormous cupboard with tons of storage space. The apartment has a balcony with a view of the canal near port meadow. We have a spacious living room and kitchen as well, and a free parking spot if you have a car. The property itself is super safe and protected, and the apartment is incredibly quiet since we're on the top floor. The location itself is fantastic with coffee shops, bars, restaurants, grocery shops and a cinema just down the road. It’s a 15 minute walk to the city.

The apartment just got new carpets, and is managed by the wonderful Lucy Properties. Lucy have helped handle any issue that comes up immediately.

You would be sharing with two other professionals - George and Julia - both of whom are scientists working for tech spin-off companies of Oxford University. We are a friendly household and get a long great, but we're all super busy and live our own lives.

We are ideally looking for another young professional but would consider a PhD student who is willing to pay council tax. Rent is currently £950 per month with bills on top (no more than £150 incl. bills, internet, council tax - band E). Rent will increase by £50 in mid-July, but there will be no increases for 12 months. We also have a cleaner who comes once every two weeks.

You would be subletting from me for 6 weeks from June 1st and then signing onto the new lease for mid-July onwards. Unfortunately there is no flexibility on dates.
