Double room in a brand new house. The room is in the top floor of the house, which gives lots of independence and opportunities for winding down. The room is for a female single occupant, not overnights or visitors. The room is furnished with convenience appliances (fridge, microwave and kettle) and weekly cleaning for extra comfort. I live with my daughter, a cat and a terrapin. I am a professional working full-time and my daughter is of high school age, so the setting is of a busy family with routines and fun. We love socialising and having nice chats but these are constrained by our commitments.

It is a room in a house, ideal for someone who needs a place to rest who doesn’t need to make much use of the kitchen.
