This is a contract takeover, so you’ll be signing directly with the landlord, which is more secure than a typical sublet.

The house is conveniently located. You’ll be sharing 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room with other housemates.

The lease term is flexible and can be extended, but ideally you would be able to stay until at least 31 July.
