Hi! I’ll be moving out in on 8th of May so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. I have lived in this house for over 4 years, and loved it here :) I’m reposting because someone fell through last minute.

The house is on Edgeway Road in Marston. You’ll be living with one other housemate, who is a DPhil student (currently not paying council tax, otherwise it is band D).

The house is very spacious, with 2 double bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there’s a big kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and two living rooms (one open to the dining area and kitchen). There is a garden and a parking space. There is also a separate annexe/studio with a sofa bed, bathroom, and a kitchenette for guests.

The room will be available from 8th of May. Rent is £787.50 per month (bills not included).

Photos are from when the house was last listed, with only minor changes since. The bedroom shown in the fourth photo would be yours.
