Double bedroom available with own bathroom for single occupancy only. Car park space available. Must be a quiet person and non-smoker.
I am in the house a lot and so I am looking for a quiet person on a short term basis. Visiting scholars or students are welcomed. You will have access to the kitchen and the living area. No access to the office.
